Are you an approved Government of Canada supplier?
Yes. Since 2008, our organization has been approved as a supplier under the Government of Canada Supply Arrangement for Event Management Services, Supply Arrangement EN578-241492.
How do I engage you under the supply arrangement?
Government of Canada employees can access our services through a straightforward call-up, which eliminates the need for a new procurement process. Services under $400,000 CAD can be engaged directly. No RFP required.
Can I engage you for just one part of my event?
Yes. You can engage us for one specific need, such as hotel block coordination, venue sourcing, or registration management, or for full-service planning from initial planning through on-site execution and post-event reporting.
What services do you offer?
Site selection, online registration, abstract management, accreditation, accommodation coordination, hospitality and transportation, logistical planning, and reservations. Each is available individually or as part of a complete end-to-end solution.
Do you provide services in English and French?
Yes. Our services are available in English and French, and our online registration systems are bilingual.
Where is participant data processed and stored?
All data processing and storage occurs within Canada, meeting federal data residency expectations. For online registration, we use on-shore infrastructure and processes aligned with federal data handling expectations.
What kinds of events do you support?
Small internal meetings and workshops (30–40 attendees), retirement and recognition events, multi-day national conferences with complex logistics, inter-departmental symposia and stakeholder engagements, and high-security, high-visibility government events.
Do you help with government per diem and travel policy requirements?
For accommodation coordination, we ensure government per diem and travel policy compliance.
